Crown Holdings, a leading sustainable aluminium packaging producer, is marking the 10th anniversary of its FORWARD Initiative, a three-year rotational program for emerging talent across Europe and the U.S. Participants gain experience in engineering, quality, and continuous improvement, with mentorship from senior leaders and a path to management roles.

Since 2016, the program has accelerated the careers of more than 50 graduates, including alumni who have advanced to senior leadership positions.

The initiative comes as the global aluminium can market is projected to grow strongly, driven by high demand in the beverage industry. Aluminium packaging is increasingly favored for being lightweight, 100% infinitely recyclable, and highly sustainable.
